This package does not include a ticket to the show. You must purchase a ticket to the show to attend the VIP experience. VIP activities will begin prior to public doors and may begin as early as 4:00PM. You will receive detailed information 4-5 days before the show with specific check in information.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult and will not be permitted to attend any VIP-related activities without an adult. If a minor is attending the VIP activities the accompanying adult must have purchased an upgrade for themselves.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All VIP upgrades purchases and upgrade contents are non-transferable. VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. The VIP program and times may vary and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, email etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements as applicable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at time or purchase.
